Phew!

I am doing what I do best these days...and play catch up!
We are adjusting good to retirement.  Well, we're still working but my husband is clearly less stressed. That is a huge blessing in itself!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving and Christmas season. For Thanksgiving, we ventured to the Blue Mountains of Georgia to visit friends and the German Christmas market in Helen.  It was a much-needed get-away.

Christmas was relaxing and quiet here at home.  I made Christmas cards, ornaments, went to a Christmas ladies brunch, and kept our tradition of seeing Christmas lights on the Eve.  We went to Christmas parties, sang in the church Christmas choir concert, baked high caloric foods and took way too many naps.  We're still in the process of adjusting back to a normal routine.  My daughter is back in high school after break and my son heads back to college middle of next week.  We miss family and look forward to being closer to them for future holidays together.

Sending wishes to you for a wonderful 2020 filled with graciousness, patience and abundant blessings.  Phew!  We made it!

Numbers 6:24-26 New International Version (NIV)

    and keep you;
25 the Lord make his face shine on you
    and be gracious to you;
26 the Lord turn his face toward you
    and give you peace.”’
